Banda formada en Athens Ga. en julio del 2007, en los inicios de "THE FACT" la banda inició con cinco elementos: "el pecas" drums, "el chepina" en el bajo, Alberto "el greñas" en la guitarra, Roberto "el bos" en los coros y Ricardo "el nuevo" en la voz y guitarra.
